Hours of Operation:
The Spa is open 7 days a week 9:00 am - 6.00 pm (till late evening for residents)
Reservations:
Reservations must be made with a credit card. We strongly recommend that spa
services are booked prior to arrival. Please contact us to book an appointment. Spa services are subject to availability. In certain
instances our fee schedule may change prior to your arrival. If you are concerned
about a price increase please confirm prices while booking your appointments.
Individual treatment appointments:
Please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your treatment as this time is
needed to sign-in. If you arrive late for your appointment we may not be able
to extend your appointed treatment time. A 48 hour notice is required to cancel
any individual treatment. Guests are responsible for the entire service value
for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, and bookings must
be secured by a valid credit card.
Day Spa and Resident Guests
Due to our low capacity of residential guests and highly personalised service
and staff schedule we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. All bookings must be secured by a 50% deposit via Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
Cancellations will be subject to the following charges :-
Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will forfeit the entire deposit.
Cacellations with more than 7 days notice are subject to a $50 administration
fee, and the remaining value of the deposit will be sent to you as a gift certificate
valid for one year.
You will be billed at the end of your stay for the remaining value of services
received. No gratuity nor service charge will be added to your bill. We accept
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Interac, American Express, Traveller’s Cheques, Spa Finder, Spas
Ontario, and Elemental Embrace gift certificates.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Any remaining value from a gift certificate
will be kept on the gift certificate.

Refunds & Exchanges:
There are no refunds on products or gift certificates.
Our Staff:
We cannot guarantee requests for male vs. female therapists. However, we will
make every attempt to honour your preference.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in our prices and leaving gratuities for work well
done is always appreciated, but of course, optional. Most tips range from 10%-15%
of the price of the service provided. Guests wishing to tip may do so at our front
desk.
What to wear?
The robe and slippers we provide are appropriate spa attire. You should however
wear what makes you feel most relaxed, the point is to be comfortable! Please
note that these items are 'on loan' to you during your visit. If a bathing suit
is preferred for use in the saunas and hot tub, please remember to bring yours
along. Loose clothing is suggested for yoga and meditation sessions Our therapists
are trained to keep you properly draped throughout the treatment, respecting your
privacy at all times.
Products Used:
We use mostly natural products and are associated with Laboratorie Dr Renaud
products Please advise your therapists of any allergies, prescription drug use,
pregnancy, or medical conditions prior to all treatments.
Children:
Children under the age of 15 are not allowed into the spa. However Ayurvedic
treatments can be performed on children with parental supervision.
The Spa Environment:
To ensure a tranquil and relaxed environment for all of our guests, we request
that you please leave your pagers and cellular phones turned off while in The
Spa
Smoking:
We are a non-smoking facility.
Lost, stolen or damaged property:
Elemental Embrace is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items at
the spa or belonging to other guests. There will be a charge for any lost, stolen
or damaged property.
